Mansfield Invest SOCIMI, S.A. (“Mansfield”) is a real estate investment company listed on the Alternative Stock Market (“MAB”).

Mansfield’s activity consists of the acquisition and management of urban real estate for lease, mainly offices and commercial, both directly and through participations in other SOCIMI or Real Estate Collective Investment Institutions.

Mansfield currently has a relevant stake in the capital of La Finca Global Assets SOCIMI, S.A. (“La Finca Global Assets”), an important real estate group in the segment of offices and business parks in the Community of Madrid. In addition, Mansfield is represented on the Board and on the Leasing Committee of La Finca Global Assets, through which it actively participates in the analysis of business opportunities and in the commercial decision-making process.
